This began as a shower repair job and expanded to include the building of a custom step as a solution to a nagging design problem.


Initially, the shower had water damage to the door frame and molded sheetrock.

I removed sheetrock, treated area with bleach, re-covered with cement board and silicone-caulk and retiled.

This custom tub was lacking a convenient step entry.
At the customer's request, MRB Solutions built a new step and tied it in with the original design, repaired the shower and included the addition of a tiled wall cubby as seen below.
