Extensive, three-phase remodeling project. Scroll down for details on each phase.
PHASE ONE:
Existing, old, two-car garage had a seven-foot high metal roof that leaked. I removed roof, raised walls to nine feet, installed roof trusses and new roof with four skylights, insulated, sheetrocked, and later built storage shelves. |
PHASE TWO: Removed pipe-framed, tarp-covered building, built auto shop with custom arched doors from owner's sketch.
* County permits would not allow the auto shop to be connected to the garage. These two buildings are separated by eight (8) inches. |
Phase Three: Existing one-story apartment had a 6'6" ceiling. I removed roof, raised walls to 8' 6", built new second story apartment with full bath and kitchenette. Remodeled first floor bathroom and kitchen and added new windows and french doors for a beautiful water view.
Also installed new electric service and heat pumps for both apartments. See below for interiors views. |
