MRB Solutions L.L.C. is run and operated by Mike Broglie.
The company operates two divisions;
- MRB South County Handyman is a residential handyman division serving southern Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
- MRB Aquatic is an aquatic division specializing in the installation of aerations systems and fountains for ponds and lakes.
MRB - South County Handyman was started in 1999 when word of mouth brought in so much side work to Mike Broglie that he was compelled to quit his day job as a steamfitter for a large commercial contractor in D.C. Between 1999 and 2007, Mike has generated all of his residential handyman business through word of mouth--referrals from satisfied customers. MRB Solutions operates primarily in South Anne Arundel County, from Edgewater to Deale although jobs in a wider radius are also possible.
MRB partners with DSC Aquatic Solutions in Fairfax, Virginia, to provide full service pond and lake management to clients in Maryland. Services range from plant and algae erradication and control to aeration, beautification and shoreline protection. Experience:
Prior to starting the company, Mike worked in the construction trades for 30 years. He apprenticed under master electricians and was a partner in his own electrical company in Norfolk, VA. He has also worked as a commercial plumber and steamfitter for large contracting firms.
His extensive commercial work, and unique personal projects such as the refurbishing of a 45-foot wooden boat have given Mike a broad base of experience in complex plumbing and electrical systems and unusual custom situations.

Your home is your private space. When you hire someone to work in your home, you open your doors to a stranger and entrust them with the systems that make your life comfortable and safe. I take that responsibility seriously.
When you hire me to "fix it" I put 30 years of experience to work for you to trouble shoot your situation, help find a solution, and discuss your options. My goal is to fix it right the first time so you won't encounter the same problem again.
When you hire me to "build it" or "remodel it", my goal is to create a space that is as professionally done on the inside, behind the drywall and new cabinetry, and beneath the new tile or wood floors, as it is on the surface. During the course of a project, I make every effort to leave your home clean and neat and looking as if I was never there, every day. You won't come home to sawdust-covered counters or sheetrock dust-filled rooms.
